'PebbleGarden's origins are rooted in a vision: to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. The enterprise, established by the Bianchi kin in 1985, began as a quaint, family-operated diner, preserving recipes passed down for generations.
Our originator, Marco Bianchi, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her Italian voyage, principally with Neapolitan pizza virtuosos in Naples, where pizza first originated. Her return to the UK was marked by a resolve to offer the quintessence of Italian pizza, embracing age-old methods and top-tier ingredients.
Our once-small 12-seat eatery is now a cherished local phenomenon, yet our dedication to premier standards and genuine preparation stays intact. We persist in utilizing classic wood-burning ovens, crafting our dough from scratch every day, and seeking out the best available ingredients.
Presently, 'PebbleGarden' continues under family governance, with the Bianchi lineage’s new generation at the forefront of our enthusiastic team. While we have integrated modern techniques, the essence of our venture—producing luscious, authentic pizza that unites folks—remains steadfast.
